Free Thanksgiving Place Card Template

I don't know about you, but the most stressful part of hosting a holiday dinner is when you are trying to put the last few bowls and platters of food on the table and the guests have decided to find a seat by milling around, pointing and asking where they should sit. Honestly, sometimes I feel like yelling "just sit or get out of the way!" But, that wouldn't be very welcoming, would it? Plus, I do love being the house that hosts. Having always thought that name placecards on table was rather restrictive, I avoided them. But, the reality is, guests are more comfortable when they know where to sit. Have you ever sat in someone's regular chair and then later found out that you were inadvertently displacing them? I have, and it is a bit embarrassing. So, placecards are decidely the way to go in order to make everyone comfortable.
